Yes for projects you finished while subscribed. No for new or unfinished projects, and you must uninstall fonts.
Envato's licence ties each item to an End Product you complete while subscribed. Once it's complete, the licence for that project is perpetual. If the project isn't finished when you cancel, the licence ends. Fonts must be uninstalled, but logos and designs you made with them keep their commercial licence.
“Once the Item has been incorporated into a completed End Product during an active subscription term, the license becomes perpetual, which means that it continues for the life of the End Product, even after your subscription ends.”

Not for a website you completed while subscribed: Envato says the licence for a completed End Product continues for its life.
You must uninstall them. Designs and logos you already made with them keep their commercial licence.
